TNEXT Communications Business Phone

TNEXT provides Telecom business services for Retail and Wholesale Canadian clients. It was launched by its parent company Trinity Tech in 1990.  Both are a division of the international corporation IDT (Integrated Device Technology) Telecom. TNEXT and Trinity Tech are headquartered in Etobicoke.

What TNext offers for Businesses Phone Needs

Business Services include the Business Internet offer that is delivered on DSL or fiber to 50/10 in packaged choices.  Wholesale connections are leveraged to reach to Canadian locations outside of the Toronto region. 

Wholesale long distance voice to international locations and pre-paid and rechargeable calling cards are offered.

A Business Phone service is packaged in Basic, Standard and Premium packages.  The premium package will offer up to 10 concurrent calls to Canada or the USA for $33.95 / month.

Business solutions include Web Hosting at TNEXT facilities.  4 levels of packaged pricing are offered including storage, email boxes and MySQL software.

An optional TNEXT business platform will provide Cyber Security supported business services with application firewalls, bot mitigation, and DDoS protection is monitored and supported services based on Netflow technology. The client has visibility into security events via a User Portal.

An eFax product rounds out the business services portfolio.

Unique features

The TNEXT business model offers free trials of products to attract new business.  Wholesale arrangement increases the coverage of internet access beyond Toronto.  They will further look to partner with resellers to penetrate the small business market within Canada. 

Pros and Cons

TNEXT is proficient in legacy telecom business services including wholesale IP Telephony targeting Small Business owners in Canada.

The IPT solution is not suitable for medium to large Business Telephone deployments where scalability and customization are required.
