Think Simplicity was established in 2005; its Canadian office is in Toronto, ON. Think Simplicity is a VoIP Provider that has offerings for the Home, Business and a focus on the Hospitality industry.
On our updated reviewing of Think Simplicity Hosted PBX (Called PBX Emulation) Business Phone, we could not see much at all. Is there is a set of feature included in the available package? Think Simplicity has oversimplified their web site, and all you can do is to request a quote. You have no idea as to what you can expect. No clue if features such as Do-Not-Disturb, Toll-Free Number, and Enhanced Voicemail to name a few.
This is disappointing. In terms of their calling plans; we are in the same non-upfront information. Think Simplicity as gone dark. The monthly pricing for medium-size business used to be reasonable, though now with all the missing elements is perhaps better to research other providers, for example like RingCentral.
