Sun sonic is an ISP established in Toronto, ON in 2004. As with many ISPs, it has grown to offer VoIP Phone service along with their High-Speed internet packages.
In our Sun sonic Home Phone review, we found the package to have the usual features, such as voicemail, caller ID and 3-way calling. Though lacks integrations, for example, no smartphone app or web calling available. The international long-distance calling rates are cheaper than the traditional telecom but sometimes twice as expensive as our Top Long Distance Providers. Also shall be noted that regrettably at this time there is no way to complete the order online, one has to call or complete a form to get a call-back. A normal tactic used to up-sell services. Thus without hesitation, we suggest to steer clear of SunSonic and look for a better Home Phone service elsewhere.
In all Sun Sonic Home Phone offers is unremarkable and their North American calling plan is rather dull and expensive when compared to Phone Power, Yak or VoIP Much.
