SednaVoice Reviews and Plans

SednaVoice is a VoIP Provider established in 2005 and has its HQ in Toronto, ON.  SednaVoice is a local provider focusing on the business of all sizes that are in Toronto or in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). Their monthly standard plan is well provisioned of features, we like the fact it has included North America calling, fax-line and 500 toll-free minutes. Although the toll-free minutes are a little bit low. Also, the standard line is priced a bit higher, when for instance compared with Ring Central. Something also to consider is that the standard plan does not include international calling. If international calling is in your needs then you'll have to go with the more expensive premium plan. Though the international calling rates are as expected quite better than those seen in the usual carriers. Having said that, you still may get some more savings by using a dedicated Long Distance carrier such as Localphone, if international long-distance calling is part of your daily business.

Going back to the features, otherwise a well-assembled plan, specific to business features such as ring group, customizable auto-attendant and extension dialing. Regrettably, there is nothing we could find about Smartphone integration nor API to integrate the Hosted PBX solution to an external system.

Overall SednaVoice does offer an alternative(s) to a limited number of businesses in the Greater Toronto Area; with that said though there are many other choices out there that also include integration to the mobile work-force via Smartphone apps and are cheaper.
