IP Business Phone systems are the flagship product line with equipment sales, installation services with remote and onsite support. Discounted Avaya, Samsung, and Panasonic onsite solutions are available from the Preetel business being focussed on Canadian small businesses. Moves add and changes are facilitated upon request of existing handsets and LAN cabling.

Although Preetel Communications does not resell network access they can lead or assist on WAN and LAN network designs and also is a Value Added Reseller for business-grade servers to complete a solution.

A web design service is offered via a Preetel CMS platform that allows the user to author web pages or request professional service assistance.

The emerging specialty is physical security solutions involving CCTV cameras, video screens, door access and digital recording (DVR) over IP infrastructure. 

Preetel Communications is a reseller of a variety of leading video camera solutions for in the interior or exterior of your buildings.

Unique Features

Sales are sometimes generated via ads on Kijiji with special prices on Business Phone Systems, Video Surveillance packages and introductory service call rates on existing phone systems not previously set up by Preetel.  Emergency 24hr service for critical systems is available to maintained clients.

Pros and Cons

The Preetel business model is focused on small businesses looking for proven solutions in IP Telephony and Video Security.  They are certified on Avaya and will service the business services they sell. 

Their focus is limited so far to only premise solutions and equipment sales with ongoing support.  They may grow into more remote software-based solutions to remotely service managed clients that don’t want to administer the local infrastructure.
