Most visible is the large line up of telephone desktop sets that support VoIP and SIP protocols. They range in price and features for executives, busy switchboards, and Hotel front desks. The phone line up also includes rugged wireless units (Digital Enhanced Cordless Telecommunications) DECT)) for roaming the warehouse and other industrial environments.  Full-featured conference phone solutions by Panasonic can support large boardrooms in multiple cities.

To further integrate security systems, Panasonic offer video door phones and IP Cameras that can integrate with your mobile devices.

Tying this hardware together is a family of software products that orchestrate your unified communications solutions.   The individual components will enable Appointment Reminders, Business Line Usage, call centre performance around the client experience, call recording, agent productivity, IVR, mobile softphones, video conferencing software at the edge, auto-attendant, wait for time announcements and your overall monitoring plus reporting needs of the Panasonic solution.
