KeepCalling is part of the KeepCalling Group with HQ in Atlanta, GA. It does offer a good $0.01 Canada or the US calling rate though for other destinations Canadians often call (such as the Philipines, India or China) are rather expensive when compared to other International Long Distance providers. While KeepCalling does have an app for the iPhone, iPad, Android at the time of this review did not have anything specific for a desktop. In all Gonevoip considers KeepCalling as an interesting option and could result in cost savings for the users of international long distances. With the SMS/Text messaging option along with the usual long-distance calling may be a good choice.
