ISP has been operating as an internet service provider in the London and surrounding regions since 1997. With close to two decades of experience, ISP is well versed in providing quality service and excellent customer satisfaction. ISP Canada suggests that the game-changing move for them was the wireless coverage that covers the entirety of North West London. They offer a variety of services that range from IPTV, wireless internet, VoIP solutions, and hosting.

ISP's headquarters can be found at 41 Oxford St. West London, Ontario, CanadaN6H 1R5. Let us now review one of the flagship residential internet plans that ISP Canada has to offer.

ISP Canada offers a starter residential internet plan that comes with a download speed of up to 6 Mbps and an upload speed of up to 1 Mbps. The plan has a usage cap of 100 GB per month and is offered at $25 per month. This price is very economical for the services being offered and would be hard to beat by other service providers. Another prominent internet service provider called TekSavvy offers a 7 Mbps residential plan with upload speeds of up to 1 Mbps with a usage cap of 150 GB for $27.99. The plan that ISP Canada is offering is certainly on par with one of the best contenders that it faces in the bid for gaining customers. The overage charges that ISP Canada imposes are generally the same as any other internet service provider at 50 cents per GB.

A great thing about ISP Canada is that it offers many options in terms of the usage required by customers. If a customer feels that 100 GBs per month is too much for their needs, they can always opt into a 25 GB plan with the same transfer speeds for only $20 a month. The problem with many other internet service providers, especially the ones that provide unlimited bandwidth usage is that there is a lack of options. This isn’t the case with ISP Canada thankfully. For example, you could opt for the same plan speeds with unlimited usage for the $40 a month!

The disappointing factor we did notice about ISP Canada is the lack of any information about additional charges such as installation or activation fees, and if dry loop installation and monthly fees are imposed.

All in all ISP Canada is well-rounded internet service provider which offers great pricing and positive customer experience. Many other service providers in the region ISP Canada operates in would certainly have their work cut out for them in trying to gain customers!
