GoTo Reviews and Plans

GoTo, formely known as Jive, was established in 2006 and is HQ in Orem, UT. Goto specialized in Hosted VoIP solutions, targeting particularly small to medium businesses. Goto's Hosted PBX is one of the most popular solutions in the United States. Goto Communications has no relationship with Goto Software.

In our Goto Hosted PBX Review, we found it has plenty of features, such as custom greetings, unlimited extensions, and unlimited auto-attendant to name a few. Some other nice features are the availability of Smartphone apps (though it's an extra charge) and desktop/laptop computer integration. Goto's Hosted PBX supports a wide range of VoIP or IP Phones, the usual Polycom and Panasonic to the more advanced Cisco models. 

Shall be mentioned that Goto has partnerships or similar agreements with some of the biggest names in the industry: including Microsoft, Cisco, Polycom, Panasonic, Verizon Business, Bandwidth, and Brocade to name a few.

Regrettably, Goto's website doesn't allow to check international long-distance calling rates nor how many minutes are included in the monthly plan. Other than saying is unlimited domestic usage but does not specify what is qualified as domestic though. At this time Goto may be something to consider but its information is scarcely available and there are other Business VoIP/Hosted PBX providers in Canada which make accessing their information easier.
