1. Basic: at $20/month - single phone line, Unlimited US-Talking
2. Team: at $25/month - 3 phone lines, 1 conference bridge, Unlimited US & Canada Talking
3. Enterprise: at $35/month - 5 phone lines, 2 conference bridge , Unlimited US & Canada 

Provided are a base of 40 included IP Phone features and services are toll-free within Canada and the USA with the ability to provide local telephone numbers in China.

Unique Features

GenVoice offers a 14 day free trial for new clients to test the service.  

They are committed to further developing an API and possess a simple and intuitive Client Portal for the telephone administrators and call center managers.  GenVoice has a small but impressive list of reference clients in various vertical markets.

Pros and Cons

As a relatively new entrant, the GenVoice business phone product is a cloud technology offer with a small support department of support nimble staff. They are open to customizing the platform to suit the client’s requirements. 

Consider GenVoice if your IP Phone requirements are straight forward and the price point with reliability is your main consideration. 

The GenVoice business phone line is focused on the IPT platform for small businesses and is yet to branch out to a full-service provider that can also provide internet, LAN, integration and security services for a fuller supported solution.
