Dotto-One is an independent internet service provider servicing Toronto's Condo buildings. As many more multi-unit complexes are built in Canada's largest city the requirements increase for fast and affordable internet.

Here is where Dotto-One, among others, enters the arena. The service offered directly to the property manager (not the tenant) via Ultra High-Speed Uncapped Fiber connection.

Dotto-One also offers managed Wi-Fi for buildings, a convenience for today's Property Managers.

Let's review Dotto-One internet plans now:

  • FTTB 150: 100 Mbps Down, 50 Mbps Up at $49.95 per month
  • FTTB 300: 200 Mbps Down, 100 Mbps Up at $64.95 per month
  • FTTB 600: 500 Mbps Down, 100 Mbps Up at $79.95 per month

All plans are unlimited and unthrottled. Note that speed availability and prices may vary based on location. Though using these prices as guidelines then, and these characteristics do make Dotto-One internet plans worth considering. At least if you live in a Condo within the City of Toronto.

How long does it take to deliver the service in Toronto condominium ? I have been told more than 6 months

It really depends on the condominium. If they are already in, provisioning service should take no longer than a couple of days. If they do not then, I can see it taking longer. For some may be over a few months if there is no fiber at all to the building, and there is a need to dig, get permits, and have an agreement(s) in place with the building owner.
