What they offer
The Cloudworx Business Phone system is a Hosted PBX that drastically reduces the client's need and risk to outlay capital dollars to move to advanced communications. The cloud solution is powered by the Sangoma Cloud Communications Server and fulfilled on-site by the Sangoma IP Desk and mobile phones. Optionally the client can bring their own SIP compliant devices. Desk-phones are available to purchase or rent. Included in Cloudworx Business Phone features are unlimited Canada and USA calling, Voicemail to Email, Find-me/Follow-me, Call Recording, and full Contact Centre management tools. Monthly prices start at $8.95 for a 'Lite User' to $19.95 for the complete feature set.
Cloudworx also promotes a Hosted Cloud PBX for mobility and Unified Communications (UC) using Zulu UC software. This is a collection of productivity features such as Click to Call, Presence, Screen Sharing, Text SMS, FAX, Instant Chat, softphones and, Call POP Ups.
Cloudworx will optionally offer Office 365 from the same hosting centers with possible integration into the office communications solutions.
Cloudworx offers surrounding Professional Services to work with the clients upfront to determine the accurate IT needs towards a solution. They can discuss and chart the path to cloud adoption and work with you on possible integration strategies. Moving from legacy system to cloud base Unified Communications will require a thoughtful roll-out of new features for optimum adoption by the users. Cloudworx will also conduct technical training to the staff as they embrace the latest Business VoIP communications environment.
