Call-One Communications is a Canadian telecommunications provider based out of Mississauga, Canada.

The company is a division of Logix Data Products, which is also a 100% Canadian-owned company.

Call-One Communications offers numerous communication services including residential Internet, residential phone, business internet, and business phone services.

For the following review, GoneVoip will focus on the business solutions provided by Call-One Communications. Call-One Communications' business solutions include voice systems, Internet solutions, and business bundles. Voice Systems offered to include traditional phone lines, SIP Trunking, VOIP and Hosted PBX. As with far too many VOIP providers, pricing is vague or downright non-existent on the website, as individual businesses have individual needs. Call-One is no different with limited explanations on pricing and additional costs or fees.

Rather the website consists more of quite good and detailed explanations on what SIP Trunking, VOIP, etc. Unfortunately, beyond useful, well-thought-out descriptions of these products, we only get email links to “Request More Information” if we are interested in pricing plans.

No introductory pricing, set up costs, special discounts or monthly fees are mentioned anywhere on the site regarding business products. It is always upsetting to us when we look at a company that has such clear and thorough pricing models for services such as a residential Internet or residential home phone neglects to do the same for their business pricing models.

We understand companies cannot set a simplistic business pricing model due to such vast differences from one business to the next; however, a simple basic guide to pricing is appreciated. Many companies do this. Unfortunately, Call-One Communications is not one of those companies.

As such, we are unable to recommend or not recommend this company as there is simply not enough data for us to make that determination.

We give them points for the nice detailed descriptions of exactly what their products are including the pros and cons of each but without pricing these descriptions are counterproductive.

In our review of Call-One Communications Business VOIP and Solutions, we came away with no real determination of the value and benefits of using this company over GoneVoip’s Top Business Providers such as RingCentral, 1-VOIP, Phone.com, and VOIPO.

What is so troublesome is that they very well could have the best deal in town with the best features. This could be a company that helps your business grow into the future with solid VOIP solutions with fantastic pricing. But we will unfortunately never know if that is true or not with no pricing listed anywhere on the site regarding business solutions. We, therefore, cannot recommend at all Call-One Communications for business VoIP phone solutions.
