Don't offer Canadian pricingAlthough the service sounds great, be aware that the prices are in US funds, not Canadian, so depending on the exchange rate, it could be anywhere from 20-30% higher than listed. |

First VOIPUsing their BYOD plan. We are not porting our number just yet; but since we have relatives in the States (they use BroadVoice down there) we wanted a US DID. BroadVoice website and features are pretty good for the price. We had the service for about 3 months and call quality is unnoticeable any difference with our MTS line. |

During 2016 Broadvoice made a significant further investment in its service capabilities by greatly expanding staffing in its Service Delivery departments as part of a company-wide initiative to deliver an amazing customer experience. During this transformation, the company shifted focus to the work environment or business phone systems segment. All Home Phone or residential customers were moved to Phone Power, BroadVoice's residential sister company.
Phone Power has some very good plans, if not the best in the market and excellent long-distance rates. These plans start monthly at USD $8.33 or CAD $10.70 with unlimited minutes for Canada/US, port your # for free, ATA included and the most typical advanced features all-inclusive.
The Residential/Home service includes all the usual, BYOD, free # porting, free ATA, voicemail, voicemail to email, caller ID, Simultaneous Ring (configure additional numbers where you'd like it to ring). It also provides 60 free international calling minutes per month.
