What Babatel Offers to Businesses

Babatel offers a cloud-based PBX service that will suit enterprises needing up to 50 business lines. The VoIP features are abundant, including toll-free feature options.  Business VoIP is packaged into Small, Premium an Enterprise offers from 14.95 to $24.95 per seat, per month. Canada and continental USA toll-free is included with the Digital Enterprise Hosted PBX with a rich base of VoIP calling features such as Auto Attendant, Visual Voice Mail, Call Recording, and E911.

Internet offers are unlimited data and delivered at speeds from 6M to 50M.  Internet is delivered over DSL, Fibre to the Node (FTTN) and cable.  Speed availability is based on Babatel’s capacity at your locations. Supported locations may include regions of Ontario and Quebec. Prices range from $29.90 to $59.90 per month. There is no activation fee, and support is 9 am to 5 pm, seven days per week.

Babatel specializes in attractive long-distance rates for India, Pakistan, Nigeria, Philippines, UK, Italy, Australia, and Jamaica as well as provider partnerships to reach 60 countries around the world.

Discounts are given for using auto loaded credit card payments or bank internet payments.

Pros and Cons

Babatel is serving Ontario consumers as well as businesses. This will extend the footprint and reach but could also be a distraction to servicing small businesses.

Internet and Business VoIP services can be bundled together with attractive rates to Europe and Global long-distance locations.   Modems, routers, dry loops, DID, ATAs, and Installation fees are quoted extra.
