Don\'t buy Astraqom productsService is unreliable. AstraQom is a unified telecommunications provider, HQ in Ottawa. AstraQom was established in 2008. Particularly AstraQom offers solutions to businesses, from business phone systems; having Cloud Hosted PBX solution to Hybrid PBX and a solution that allows using existing legacy office phones integrated with the convenience of a cloud-hosted PBX - in this case, an office-sized ATA (Analog Telephone Adaptor) is to be used. For the purpose of this review, we look at what AstraQom offers in its Hosted PBX solution. There is tiered pricing. At the top of the price list is the Enterprise package.
We like the fact that includes calling to Canada / US, and comes packed with featured such as:
- Call Blocking,
- Music Hold and
- Voicemail to Email to name a few.
You can also port your existing number or get a local number for free. Also included is inbound internet faxing. The line comes with an unlimited extension and with a rather short, depending on the team size, 1000 minutes shared across extensions of toll-free Minutes. Regrettably, we could not see integrations with smartphones or desktop apps.
In all, GoneVoIP believes AstraQom Cloud Hosted PBX Enterprise has good features and comes well provisioned for calling, but it comes short when compared with Ring Central as this also has richer advanced features and integrations to CRM systems.
