Aircomplus is a telecommunications provider HQ in Scarborough, Ontario. Aircomplus offers unlimited downloading and uploading on a no-contract basis. They only service Ontario.

Aircomplus DSL package checks in at $39.95 with unlimited data usage, download speeds of 6 Mbps and upload speeds of 800 Kbps. This package is identical to a package offered by Gonevoip-recommended-company Worldline.ca. Everything from the price to the speeds to the data usage is identical. Therefore, this plan is definitely worth putting on your checklist when shopping around.
Free calling features included free call waiting, free call display, free voicemail, free call forwarding and free 3-way calling are some of the free services they provide.

Their most basic hi-speed cable package comes in at $44.95 with unlimited usage, download speeds of 10 Mbps and upload speed of 1 Mbps.

Aircomplus also offers four unlimited fiber packages with the most basic one starting at $44.95 (download speed at 10 Mbps and upload speed at 1Mbps) and top of the line at $74.95 (download speed at 50 Mbps and upload speed at 10 Mbps).

There website is organized very well and it has all of the appearances of a great company. But upon calling them to inquire on more details on their service, we were greeted by very rude customer service reps who barely spoke English and it took a very long time for them to successfully answer our simple questions such as what provinces they serve and if there was an activation fee. After ten minutes, I finally got the answer (after being transferred twice). There is an activation fee of $100 and a $65 modem charge. The question is, if it is this hard to find out what province they serve, what happens when there is an actual problem?

Overall, this is a difficult company to judge. Their DSL package at $39.95 definitely makes them worth considering. But high activation fees and poor customer service left a bad taste in our mouths. While you should never rule a company out due to one bad customer service experience, we actually called them twice. Both times left us hesitant to ever call again.
