After some early ... ps, service excellentHad issues with initial two phone line setup and subsequent phone call quality, however it turned out to be Rogers internet issues. once sorted out, the ACN service has been greatly improved. Would consider switching to phonepower for a lower cost, however not sure I want any more troubles with switching phones. For now, I will stay with ACN.

CommentsWould have been nice to know that I was in a fixed contract, when I changed over to your phone service; otherwise happy with the service.

ACN is a global telecommunications conglomerate providing services in North America, Europe, and the Asia Pacific. ACN was established in 1993 with Head Quarters in Concord, North Carolina. ACN's Canadian office is in Montreal, Quebec.
ACN has two plans, The North America Calling coming at a whopping $24.99 providing 3,000 calling minutes. The service does come with some 18 features, such as Caller ID and Voicemail.
If we compare this plan to Phone Power, for example, we found ACN to be more expensive and lacks some of the refined features. For example, being able to receive the fax as PDFs documents.
Their world calling Digital Phone service plan is on the very expensive spectrum, it includes the same 3,000 minutes to over 80 worldwide destinations.
For either plan, ACN implements a barrage of fees. For example Equipment, Shipping & Activation Fees which may total around $60. These fees could be waived if you transfer your phone number.
In all, we give kudos to ACN for being upfront with regards to the fees it implements. But on the other hand, fees add-up and is not competitive in today's home phone market. Simply put, there's better and cheaper.
