The service 10-11-295 provides is an outdated one. Even their website seems to have been stuck in the early 2000's. The way the service works is that you dial 10-11-295 in-front of any number you wish to dial so you get the (supposedly) better rates. 

Shall be noted the service only works on Bell Canada landline in the provinces of Ontario and Quebec. The call charges appear in the Bell Phone bill as "Worldline" - another of the brands from the Fibernetics group.

If compared to Bell Canada then the rates are good. If compared to other long distance services then the milage varies. For example, long distance throughout Canada with Localphone is $0.01 and with 1011295 service is $0.02. Calls to India using the dial-in are $0.03 and using Localphone are $0.013 .

Also have to factor in the fact the limitations the service has; there are no apps or access numbers available. Only available via Bell Canada in Ontario and Quebec.

In summary of it all, 1011295 is using an outdated long distance model. Judging by the way their website looks, likely its on his way out.
