Talked to someone (in Mexico or South America) today and I
asked questions about the service. First thing they wanted was my address and phone number. I asked why they needed my phone number and was told that they wanted to verify if my number could be transferred. Took about 3 minutes for him to find out if service was available in my area (that seemed a bit strange that they did not have an instant computerized search).

He had great news that the service was available and my number could be transferred. Was given some extra options for Canada Long distance and was told about 62.00 instaulation charge.

Asked if he could send me an email with all the things we had talked about and he said he could not sent an email. Everything would be explained once I got their welcome package after joining. (Red Flag here.....)

Sounded a little fishy so I told him I had to think about joining. He told me he would call me back in two hours (he had my number). I told him I need a few days to decide.

Then I read all these reviews and can't believe that a company can be so bad and still advertise their product on TV.
