Reply to:	Comwave A couple of months ago, from always seeing the commercial that Tie Domi kept advertising on Comwave, we decided to go ahead and call this company and decided to go with their services. So it started terrible from the beginning. They screwed up the scheduling for the day they were going to come, We told them that we won't be home, and they came anyway and posted a piece of paper saying we were here at this time, but we told them we will not be there that day, so they came another time. This technician came and installed the modem for the internet and home phone, and he was in and out in 10 minutes. We tried asking him questions, he was very rude and impatient and he said he won't be able to help us, and he said call your provider. He was in and out of our house within 10 minutes, and not even a bye or not even respecting us. Its ok, he doesn't care, hes getting his money, while were struggling. We called our provider and we sat on the phone for more than 3 hours trying to get connected, made us do speed tests, made us do things that we do not even know what to do with it, and asked so many times to get someone to come help us, there was nobody, and they dont have technicians to come and solve our problems. They screwed up everything, and then we called the next day again, again we were on the phone for 3 hours. We got so fed up, that we called back an hour later after being on the phone for 3 hours saying, Were cancelling our services. Half the people on the phone do not understand english and they do not even have offices, and they said its coming from central america. This is a disaster and I don't know how Comwave is still in business. STAND UP TO THE BIG GUYS, I'd rather be with the big guys and get better quality with the internet and phone, then this crap of a company who is unreliable, unprofessional. We have a life too, we can't just sit on the phone for 3 hours and get no where. My advice, STAY AWAY! It may seem like you pay less for internet and phone, but they say you get what you pay for, so I'd rather pay a bit more and get better quality stuff, then have to go through this problem all the time.
