Reply to:	Bell Home Phone TO whom it may concern: i have never had such problems with reps on the phone, as i have had with bell. everyone that i talk to has a different answer to my questions, even your so called managers are rude and very unprofessional. further more when we sign up they tell us one thing and do something different always trying to get away with taking responsability for their actions. i dont appreciate being talked down to and in less words being called ***. i have worked for customer services in the past, and never were we allowed to talk to our customers this way. i appreciate a call or response on this matter.
