They offer an enticing deal with a low price for the first three months, but problems start as soon as you subscribe. They sell you the modem instead of renting it, and once the modem arrives and you set it up, they immediately send you the first invoice without prior notice. Worse yet, they save your credit card information without your consent and automatically withdraw funds. Their customer service is very poor and unreliable. If you try to discuss or dispute anything, they might simply hang up on you. The management is uncooperative, and they seem uninterested in resolving customer issues. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this company. Their practices are unprofessional and borderline fraudulent.
