Reply to:	Startec Startec kept on charging my account even if I stopped using their services on the top of that when i called in, The staff was so rude and ill-mannered that they don_t know how to talk to their Clients. I told that person that you are being very rude and he answered me "Yes I am rude, So what? Can you do something?" i told him that i don_t want to talk to you so can u transfer it someone else, he said "No, I am not going to transfer, If you like, You can hang up". Such a piece of *** they have got. I am disappointed with this thing.
