Reply to:	Phone Power Or phone service was Suspended!! Payment is taken out automatically each month. I called to see what happened. For some unknown reason the payment was not taken out of bank account. Customer service said there is a $15 reconnect charge, but since we never had a suspended account, they will wave the $15!!!! Phone back online!! Great customer service !!!! I tried to access the web site to pay, but was unable to access my account online. Thanks, happy customer, Mark Beaver
