Reply to:	SwitchWorks I have internet and VOIP with Switchworks since 2011, never had issue with their services and when I did have problem with speed its usually my hardware/operation system/software not working properly, always check your end before you blame your ISP. Last week I called regarding service upgrade (spoke to Rick) got great deal for being loyal customer. Also, kept their promise of service upgrade within 5 business days. If you are looking for consistent and reliable service, and excellent attitude toward customer I highly recommend Swithcworks. UP
