Reply to:	Fongo The website is as basic as it can be, giving you access to minimum information and if you need support you have to open a ticket and wait at least 24h to get back to you by email. You do not have access to more than 2 months calling history and once you activatre the 'World Credits Auto-Recharge' feature you cannot stop it without opening a ticket. If they charge twice by mistake you wait forever to figure out what happened and good luck getting your money back. I was charged $20 when I already had that amount as balance in my account but the extra charge did not appear in my account. Who knows where that money go?! Pay more for a reliable service!
