I have been a loyal Telus customer now for over four years. The customer service is horrible. Obviously Telus has too many customers and they refer most calls to overseas representatives Telus cannot help you within a reasonable time span. You can wait from fifteen minutes to thirty five minutes before you get a representative from over seas who_s second language is English and don_t have clue what you are trying tell them. My time to wait today totaled to forty five minutes. My advice to anyone who is signing up with a internet / telephone / television provider you need to consider the Customer service aspect and the time you will be wasting to resolve any issues.
