I_m a brand new customer. I was supposed to have high speed internet installed between 11am and 1pm. After calling twice to check what was happening and being told twice it would just take another hour, at 5:30pm they called to have me reschedule and say he wouldn_t be done for another 1.5hrs. Already considering cancelling.
