Reply to:	Leopard Networks HELLO: I am considering changing my Phone service Land Line and cable service. Right Now I am Using Bell Canada. and I am with Rogers Cable. I live in Scarborough Ontario Canada I would like your Feed back and comments whether I should switch over. I feel Bell and Rogers raise their prices whenever the fell like. Right now I have With Bell Hi Speed Internet DSL and Land Line. and Rogers Cable for the TV. I can not Use Satillite and a cell phone any assistance would be most appreciated at this time. Thank you.
