Reply to:	ZiD Internet I_ve had a bad experience with lame service and support. Their communication is deficient, they do not understand what we ask and the salesperson keeps wanting to call us at any time while we are clearly asking to communicate through email. I was billed for a voice mail that supposedly I asked for by phone and what I remember was asking to shut the phone line entirely, but I don_t have a proof because the salesperson insists on doing every communication through phone. Then I asked to shut everything down, tired of their bad service and annoying communication practices, and then the salesperson kept making agressive phone calls to my cell and even my office phone to ask if I wanted to keep their internet even though I already asked by email to shut it down.
