Reply to:	netTalk DUO I spent two weeks trying to get this stupid DUO II to take calls. I tried everything and no one at NetTalk could help because they're incompetent. Support is virtually non-existent (Mon-Fri, 10 am to 4 pm EST). Finally, a NetTalk technician promised me he'd call at 5 pm EST so I left work early to be there...NO CALL!!! That was it. I returned the product to Future Shop and told them not to sell this garbage anymore. If you value time, don't waste it with this company.
