Reply to:	Altima Telecom I'am a loyal customer to this company since the era of TeKcorner. About 2 years and half Altima raised the monthly fees for my basic Internet to become 40+ tax = 45.99$.Now I receive another email informing to raise the feed from 35$ to 39$, When I called customer service to know why I was paying extra 5.75$ every month, I was connected to an agent who was really bad and insolent, he hung up on me because I asked to be reimbursed so he said arrogantly that the past is past and now my bill will be 39$+.. Okay, I have two or three options to get rid off this greed company which I'll stop recommending to my whole community.
