Reply to:	Ooma I've been troubled by the annual fees. No warning. Can get the amount or timing. They don't seem to tell you that is on top of their monthly fees on this site. Periodically, I pick up the phone and can't get a dial tone. It has been getting increasingly worse. You spend an hour or two with their tech support and today, I got nowhere - just the call disconnected with no phone back. Because of this, we tried VoIP Much for a second line and they have been great.
