Seriously your internet goes down they tell to contact through email.. How when service is down? The equipment is the lowest garbage they can use. Service goes down once a day Atleast for hour. Do not use this company as soon as covid is calmed down and I can get a service Tec from virgin to hook me, this company will never see any of my money again. Save your cash gta bc once covid is settled down I wouldn't be surprised you loose a good chunk of your business. Which will be good bc you don't deserve any. Your a terrible company. If there was a negative rating you would have earned it.
