Reply to:	Bell Home Phone spent 1.5 hours to negotiate. call hung up when time to finish the deal. they send quote confirmations with no amount. when I called back to get back to finish the deal... could not get back to the same individual. all was and additional 5.00 and could not do anything about it. I am moving my 2 accounts to Videotron. it is not the money, it is a business principle that theyt should do as what was said.
