Reply to:	Picanoc We had them at our 1st cottage no issues. We moved cottages 10 doors down. They come to hook us up. 4 hours later tech leaves saying it's not working but it is on there side and would be resolved in a few hours. 2 weeks later still not resolved and giving us the run around. Like I said it's a cottage we are only there on weekends yet they want us to pay for a tech to come on weekends or take a day off work for there mistake in the first place. Highly not recommended
