Reply to:	Rural Lynx This is the worst internet I have ever experienced in my life. I pay for their best internet which says I should get 10mb/s download speed and the best I have ever gotten in 2 and most of the time it is less than 1. My internet has completely gone out at least 3 days a week for the past 8 years I have had Rural Lynx. I have to stay with them because it is the only provider in my area. I have had staff from their company come to my house at least 10 times and every single time they tell me that I have to either "upgrade my tower" or "upgrade my plan". I have gotten every single tower upgrade they offer and have the best plan and nothing has changed. Then they tell me its my router. I bought a $200 router and tested it at my friends house and it works perfectly, I take it home and the internet is still awful. I have gotten every repair, every upgrade, paid so much money, and yet my internet will still go out multiple times a day when their is not a cloud in the sky. This company is scamming people into paying for things they don't need and then throttling their internet. Overall, terrible company, terrible staff, terrible quality. 0/10.
