Reply to:	Vaxxine Omg! Worst customer service ever! Paid for service and the modem. Then was told we don't know when you're service will be hooked up as we rent our lines from Cogeco. They gave me a modem that didn't work with my laptop. Finally got fed up and went with bell. Asked for refund. Then was told" we'll call you when we have a check ready for you" asked why when I paid debit that the money could not be put back on my debit. I was told we just don't do it that way
