I have NO idea why some people have written bad reviews...I have NEVER had any of the issues the others have claimed. Been with Telehop since about 2005. Very happy with the service, the sound quality and the low cost. I will note that for the past few days, we have been unable to send or receive long distance calls. After speaking to a tech person, it is possible they are going out of business. Tech person suggested 'we find another carrier'.
