Reply to:	Spout Communications I signed up with Spout Communications a year ago. It costs about $3.50 / month plus 1 cent a minute for calls. Spout was one of the few providers who could port my number in rural BC, and they were very helpful when I was setting up my ATA. Call quality is good and we haven't experienced any outages over the course of the year. I couldn't recommend Spout any more highly.
