Reply to:	TekSavvy When the internet is not down, TekTalk is wonderful. However, daily and frequent drops for reasons unknown, render the VOIP line useless. They have reduced your ability to contact them and when you do, they bully you into needless and painstaking troubleshooting. The troubleshooting is stupid or ridiculously complicated for the non-technical customer. The service request is created and cancelled without contacting the customer to confirm that everything is working. Doesn't matter if the customer service is lousy if the service is available more often than not. After 9 years, cancelled service and went elsewhere.
