I_ve been a Mycybernet/Switchworks customer for many years with very positive results. However, for the past 5 years or so I have experienced speed losses each year and some service outages. What pains me more is they used to provide warnings ot outages, now they don_t. Most of these losses have been the result of things outside of my system, being determined by extensive and time consuming troubleshooting of my network and the speed recovering automatically by itself and without any modifications to my network. I_ve spoken to Rick once in the past and was not impressed with his negative attitude towards me, his customer. Being the President I was really taken aback on how he could treat his customers with such contempt. I must say that when dealing with their tech support staff, the communications were cordial but because they really can not do any repairs to correct the problems. all they can do is cheer lead.

For the last few days my speed is 1/4 of what is should be and now I am at the end of my rope. I think it is time to terminate my relationship with Switchworks and try someone else because my frustration level has reached the breaking point.
