Reply to: Novus
Pros:
Separate Upstream and Downstream monthly bandwidth cap
Much lower cost than other ISP for the high quality service
Bandwidth does not fluctuate from time to time
Not burst speed advertised and very stable speed

Cons:
Not available to houses, condos only
Not really up to the advertised speed of 25 mbps. 18 mbps is the average, which is about 72% of advertised speed

One of the best house use ISP I_ve ever used in Vancouver area. Same as all ISP in NA, running false advertising on bandwidth, Novus Entertainment is providing an average of 18 mbps out of 25 mbps they advertised, which is by far better than Telus and Shaw, especial the upstream bandwidth, which average 13.5 mbps. It_s a big thumbs up for gamers and users with VPN or Home media server sharing. Separate Upstream and Downstream monthly cap is another advantage.
