Reply to:	MNSi I've been with them for a few years now, and I've had seemingly everyone in this city, Bell, Rogers, Cogeco, ACN etc. They all seem to have their pluses and minuses, except Bell and Cogeco, mostly negatives with them. MNSI on the other hand has been amazing. I do wish I could get faster speeds and their Fibre is right across the street, but I can't get it for another year they tell me. Unlike some people who just want to blame everyone else for their issues, I don't. I know what I can fix and what I can't, so I plug my modem and router into a UPS along with my computer and phone. It's great having internet over wifi when the power goes out. Also, tech support told me last week that my modem has been in sync for over 1 year, 395 days to be exact at that time. Apparently my modem is showing capable of 14 meg speeds, but it's not a product that MNSi can sell me. I can get that if I go back to Bell, but I'm never going back to them again! 10/10, customer service is very helpful, tech support is awesome, can't wait for Fibre!
