Reply to:	Mektel Customer service is below average, but considering the price it's reasonable. Technical support is excellent. They try everything they can to solve your problem. I have been with them for over 1 year and I had issues with my connection only 2 times. They were able to solve it the next day. I also had a problem it my IPTV one day and the technical support helped me solve the problem from beginning to end. The price should be cheaper considering the customer service quality and the seize of the company. I am really not satisfied with the price I am paying. 40$ for 10Mbps download speed is overpriced.
