Reply to:	Telus As a corporate client, there was a promo for which I contacted the corporate store 6 times and never got a call back and the promo expired. I spent 45 minutes on the phone with rep (Alex) and the 3-5 minute waits became more like 15-20 minutes. I have never received such poor service to put it politely. As a loyal customer, I am really ticked off by the lousy and slow service with no resolution. I will be sure to move my services somewhere else where customers are better taken care of as well as several friends who will be informed of this. At the end of the day, it will be a loss for Telus during a time where Shaw is pushing for the Telecom field as they bought Wind. Not Happy at all!
