Reply to:	TbayTel Above board customer service, I was told on Thursday, the day I cancelled Shaw, I would have my modem on Monday, that it would be couriered to me. I had it 3:30 the same day! I have had minimal interruptions in service, and unlike other providers, when you call IT or tech support, you actually get to talk to someone in Thunder Bay! Not Winnipeg, not Bangladesh, or some other country. DSL could be a little faster. Over all very satisfied.
