Tech staff just make fun of you when you complain. As well I am paying for SkyWay Pro+ $120/month was promised 250kB/s can never get more then 108 on speedtest.net and they refuse to fix. They insist on using a proprietary tester that is perilously inaccurate. Youtube is under content based throttling. COMPLAINTS TO NUMEROUS TO LIST THEM ALL!
