Reply to:	City Wide CityWide's internet is cheap, but inconsistent. The connection is either weak, or drops out completely, and resetting the modem does no good. Haven't had any problems myself with customer service, but I heard bad things through others. I use the Internet for my work, which is why I will be cancelling my service with CityWide. It's just too unreliable and I can't waste my time waiting for my Internet to come back so I can do my job. Very disappointing.
